KG500/KG500A型露天潛孔鉆車液壓系統(tǒng)采用高強(qiáng)度大排量鑄鐵齒輪泵，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，同時(shí)具有使用壽命長、產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)勢；行走采用加寬單筋板工程履帶，具有接地比壓高、越野性能強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；導(dǎo)軌采用高強(qiáng)度、大斷面鋁合金型材，推進(jìn)鏈條采用加大單排滾子鏈，同時(shí)滑板壓條采用耐磨材料，保證產(chǎn)品使用壽命；推進(jìn)和回轉(zhuǎn)采用兩檔速度，保證鉆車可鉆鑿不同巖層，具有高效的鑿巖速度；大減速比的回轉(zhuǎn)器為鉆車提供高達(dá)7000Nm以上的回轉(zhuǎn)扭矩，推進(jìn)馬達(dá)采用高壓力柱塞馬達(dá)，提高提升力和可靠性。可廣泛使用在較大孔徑鉆鑿的工地施工。KG500A潛孔鉆車是在KG500基礎(chǔ)上增加擺臂油缸（角度）。
